“The hotel's modern design and spacious spa stand out, especially given its proximity to the City of Arts and Sciences; the well-connected location makes city exploration straightforward. Though some report noise issues and inconsistent room maintenance, its stylish Mediterranean restaurant and family-friendly options are a draw. It presents a mixed but potentially appealing package.”

spacious room varied breakfast convenient location slow elevator dated furniture cafeteria atmosphere
The rooms are really spacious! I found the breakfast good and varied, with many options to choose from. The hotel's location is convenient, especially for walking to the science museum and aquarium.
The elevators were super slow. I waited a long time! The furniture and decor appear dated. It feels like they need a refresh.

adequate stay with noticeable issues
slow elevator service elevator door
the location proved convenient to certain attractions.
the elevator service was slow, with only two of three elevators operational. waits were lengthy, and the elevators were crowded. i also experienced issues with the elevator doors, as i was struck by them several times. this situation significantly detracted from the stay.

The room included two separate sinks. The rainfall shower was FANTASTIC!!! I found convenient on-street parking near the hotel. The spa offered good facilities at a great price.
The bar staff were a little rude.

fantastic stay near city of arts and sciences!
friendly staff great location easy transport comfortable bed
I found the hotel staff friendly and very helpful. the location was great. It was a short walk to the city of arts and sciences and a shopping centre was opposite. public transport was easily accessible, i used the bus to get into the main city area (it was great!). the room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable.
the gym, though available, had limited equipment and felt quite warm (it could use better ventilation).
Facilities
8/10
The hotel offers a gym with weights and machines, although limited. there is also a pool with a shallow end and a spa that provides various treatments. I really liked them. bike hire is available directly at the hotel.

Fantastic Stay!
bike rentals hotel location subway access
Our group loved the bike rentals directly from the hotel. We could reach all the attractions within twenty minutes. The hotel's proximity to shopping and restaurants was a definite advantage! The location was only a twelve-minute walk from the subway.
The window in my room seemed old and provided poor isolation. I could hear significant outside traffic noise in the room. I woke up several times each night because of traffic sounds.
Rooms
9/10
The room was spacious and bright, with daily cleaning service and towel changes provided. An outside lounge area created a relaxing space ! I found this to be a comfortable area to sit.
Location
10/10
This hotel offers a great location close to main attractions. It was easy to walk to the center via the park and the port! The hotel provided easy access to many popular locations.
Dining
8/10
There was lots of choice at breakfast, which I enjoyed very much. I found that there were many options, including fresh juices, fruits, cereals, and cooked items! The drinks and food in the hotel were excellent.
